The return of the Wolf – and other
endangered animals.
 
Around the world, endangered animals are being returned to the wild  – where some thrive but others don’t.  In the USA, the northern gray wolf - for decades the target of a federal law calling for its eradication  – is making a comeback.  
Canadian packs are migrating south into Montana and Central Idaho, and wolves are advancing into Wisconsin from Minnesota. Ecologists want to protect wolves reclaiming their ancestral lands. 
But ranchers consider the animal a threat to their livestock and even their children.
